Easter is just around the corner and I am so looking forward to family time and good food. Do you have traditional Easter foods that you reserve just for Easter? There are a few recipes that we look forward to, but this year I want to add something else to the menu. I thought I would share some of the yummy recipes I found and maybe you could help me choose which one or two to add.
We always do deviled eggs with our boiled Easter eggs, but have never dyed the whites. They look so pretty. I may have to do this.

I have been searching for a new stroller and car seat combination that will grow with my baby, be easy to use and, of course, safe. I have found one at Babies R Us that I really love called the GB Lyfe Travel System from @GBChildUSA and I had to share. With my last child I had to keep buying car seats as he grew and they would never fit in my stroller. I want to avoid that this time.
The side effects of pregnancy sure can play havoc on a body and the sad thing is they never go away! I wish I would have paid better attention to what other moms said before having my four babies to mentally prepare myself, but how do you really understand until you go through it? However, you know what? I would go through it all again!

Who doesn’t love TACO SALAD?! In fact, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy a little Mexican food now and then. My problem is that I could eat it everyday. There’s just something about the combinations of ingredients and it’s such a comfort food. Because I like to eat this kind of food often and I’m trying to eat better I decided to try a lighter version of my typical taco salad and you know what? It was just as good. Seriously!

Lately I’ve been noticing that many are using blanket ladders in their home decor. They are a unique and fun way to store throws and quilts. So, I went shopping, but yikes are they expensive! I didn’t find any that I liked that were under $130. So, what’s a girl to do? Make one!

Well, let me tell you I was so not prepared when my girls came to me to ask about how babies were made. Literally I was in the bathroom cleaning and they both came in and I thought “gah”!! I don’t know if I want to tell you this!! But now a days kids are learning about this subject younger and younger and I didn’t want them to hear anything from school or friends first. I want them to hear the truth and understand everything. I did make some rookie mistakes as you can tell from the pictures that I secretly took while I was telling them! Aren’t they amazing!? HA!
