Meatloaf is one of my favorite comfort foods and I’ve got a delicious recipe that is so easy to make. No cutting vegetables and only a few ingredients. The stuffing mix is what keeps it easy. Seasonings, breadcrumbs, and veggies all in one package.
- 2 lbs. of medium lean ground beef
- 1 package of Pork Stovetop Stuffing
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large loaf pan with spray oil. Using your hands combine all these ingredients and press into the loaf pan. Top with 1/2 cup of ketchup and sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Bake for 45 – 60 minutes. Check the middle of the meatloaf to make sure it’s done. Remove from pan and slice.
This meatloaf also makes delicious sandwiches with the leftovers.
