We are excited to partner with Sugardoodle this Easter season to share with you several fun family ideas. Since Easter is next weekend I wanted to try this yummy breakfast dish, French Toast Easter Bake. Collette from My Computer is My Canvas developed this wonderful recipe along with a scripture scavenger hunt and I wanted to share it with you.
Collette shared a fill in the blank recipe where you use scripture clues to find the ingredients. She related each of the ingredients to the Savior. Below is the link to print off your copy of the scavenger hunt.

Since we have chickens and tons of eggs at our house, we gave it a try and it did not disappoint!
To get started, print off your copy and have your family start looking up the clues in the New Testament. A couple of the clues are tricky, so be sure to check out page 2 to find the extra clues.
Next start baking! Collette used bagels in her recipe because they are soft and dense and can soak up the egg mixture! A fun addition would be to add cinnamon bagels or gluten-free ones.
From there, just follow the recipe! My son had a blast helping me add all the ingredients he found from the clues. Collette liked to mix the cubes and egg mixture in separate bowls to make sure the bread gets well coated- in fact, for that step, she related how the tempest was raging and the Savior calmed the storm, so get those cubes tossing and turning like a ship at sea!
Also, this is a make-ahead recipe and should be refrigerated overnight.
If you love this recipe as much as we do, Collette also included a recipe card that can be printed off and put right into your recipe box.
