BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Fast and easy BBQ Beef made in a crock pot.

Ingredients
  1. 3 Pound Beef Chuck Roast
  2. 1 Cup Water
  3. 1 1/2 Tbl. Vinegar
  4. 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  5. 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  6. 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  7. 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  8. 2 Cups Ketchup
  9. 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  11. 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  12. 1 tsp. Garlic Paste
  13. Soft Rolls
Instructions
  1. Place roast and water in a crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Shred meat with two forks.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat and cook on low for 2 more hours.
  4. Mix well and serve on soft rolls.

Coleslaw

A great topping for your BBQ sandwiches or served on the side.

Ingredients
  1. One Bag Chopped Coleslaw Mix
  2. 2 Tbl. Onion, Chopped
  3. 2/3 Cup Miracle Whip
  4. 3 Tbl. Vegetable Oil
  5. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  6. 1 Tbl. Vinegar
  7. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate.

There are so many things I could say but I will just start with the basics. Mother to 4. Grandmother to 11 (Yes, 11. All under the age of 9.)
