DINNER


- 3 Pound Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Tbl. Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Paste
- Soft Rolls
- Place roast and water in a crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred meat with two forks.
- Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat and cook on low for 2 more hours.
- Mix well and serve on soft rolls.
- One Bag Chopped Coleslaw Mix
- 2 Tbl. Onion, Chopped
- 2/3 Cup Miracle Whip
- 3 Tbl. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbl. Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
- Combine dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate.
