The perfect jello salad for the 4th of July.
Prep Time

Ingredients
- 3 oz package berry blue jello
- 2 cups boiling water, divided
- 2 1/2 cups cold water, divided
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 TBL Sugar
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 3 oz package raspberry jello
- 1 cup raspberries
- whipped topping and fruit to garnish
Instructions
- Prepare berry blue jello as directed on package. Pour into a clear serving dish and chill for one hour.
- In the mean time, pour 1/2 cup water into a saucepan and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on top. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream and sugar to the gelatin mixture. Heat on medium low heat until the sugar and gelatin is dissolved. Cool until room temperature.
- Add vanilla yogurt and blueberries to the mixture and pour onto the solid blue jello.
- Let chill until set.
- Prepare raspberry jello as directed on the package. Add the raspberries and pour onto set white layer. Chill.
- Top with whipped topping and fruit.
- Enjoy!
