Welcome to Day 8 of our 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop! Our theme today is “Free Printables” and who doesn’t love a free printable. It got me thinking…..do you ever think of all the help and support our local package delivery and community workers give us especially around the holidays? I decided to create a holiday thank you card printable to make it easy for you to show your appreciation to these great people.
Welcome to the 5th annual 12 Days of Holiday Ideas event, hosted by Shirley of Intelligent Domestications and Erlene of My Pinterventures Between Nov. 11th and December 6th there will be hundreds of new ideas shared by over 55 Co-host bloggers!

Holiday Thank You Cards
There are so many ways to show our thanks to the many people who help us out. I’ve come up with a few ideas and hope they get your creativity going and easily help you give holiday gifts. Be mindful of the following community workers:
- Package Delivery Drivers
- USPS Workers
- Bus Driver
- Trash Collectors
- Teachers
- Police Officers
- Firemen
- Street Sweepers
- Snow Removal Truck Drivers
- Special Neighbors Who Help
I’m sure the list could go on and on and there are so many things you could thank them with. Here are a few ideas I came up with. Be sure to write a special note just for them.
(If your worried about them not being seen or taken you could hand deliver them when they come by or put them in a bigger box or container with a sign.)
Items other than sugary or salty snacks would probably be so appreciated.
Something to give them some energy as they are working hard.
Who doesn’t love good ol’ cookies and milk.
It might be good to use plastic bags to keep everything dry.
It doesn’t cost a lot to give a little something to show our heartfelt gratitude to those who work in our neighborhoods. They often go unnoticed and unappreciated especially around the holidays, but be sure to thank them all year round.
Here is the free printable. I hope it’s useful.
Be sure to pin it for later.

So glad to see someone else did this – they were my second choice of printable to make on the tour. I like yours much better than the ones I had planned in my head. We tend to forget about our community workers. Love these!
What a lovely idea! I know a few people I can gift to this holiday season. This printable will make it all the more special.
This is such a thoughtful idea!
This is such a wonderful idea! The holiday season is such a busy time for the delivery workers, that this is such a sweet idea. It would truly brighten their day!
