December is already flying by so fast. I wish it would slow down just a bit so I can savor every moment. I just recently completed my Christmas decorating which now allows me to relax a little more. Creating a magical and cozy Christmas atmosphere is important to me, but does take some time. Today I want to show you my Christmas tablescape ideas as well as share the ideas of nine of my blogger friends.
As I was trying to decide how to decorate my table for Christmas and then trying out different ideas I thought it would be fun to show you three designs I came up with using the same tablecloth. I use a lot of red in my decor and found this fun tablecloth at TJMaxx. So that was my start.
I put together what I had that was all red and white. When I was done I wasn’t completely satisfied, so decided to add some fresh greenery to make the red and white pop.
I love having my grandmother’s basic white china. It is so versatile and I’ve used it often. I bought a big container of plastic red ornaments from Walmart. I found the white platter and candlesticks at a thrift store and then added simple red napkins and some fun gift firecrackers that I’ve never opened before. They should be fun. I liked that they had red cardinal birds on them like my tablecloth.
My next look involved using a pitcher and bowl container I already had and added some pretty Christmas picks. I sat it on the same platter and greenery and added some small candle hurricanes. The red and white plates and green plates are from the Dollar Tree, charger plates from Hobby Lobby, and copper mugs from Walmart.
The final look is once again using my white china and some pretty salad plates from Walmart. I added a sweet ornament on top that I topped with ribbon. For the centerpiece I used three small trees I purchased at Target and candles on top of little red jars also purchased at Target. The red birds are from the Dollar Tree and match the birds in the tablecloth.
Everything was very easy to put together using items I already had. The tablecloth was the only new thing. Staying with the classic colors of red and green which I already use a lot of was the key.

Extremely fascinating blog site. Large amounts of blog site websites I see nowadays do not actually offer anything that I have enthusiasm in, nevertheless, I’m most absolutely curious about this collection.
