Merry Christmas!
I thought I’d take some photos today to show you what Christmas looks like at our house. It always seems a little weird to open up my home to the public, but I’m happy with how it turned out. I love the cozy feel of it. Maybe I’m just wishing I could be in the mountains and snow in a warm cabin. Ya, I think that’s it. Welcome to my Christmas Home Tour 2015.
I debated on a look this year. I had a lot of this decor from years past that I thought would fit nicely into the plaid/copper/buffalo check phase that is so popular now and I love. Or, another popular look this year is using neutrals and metalics. I decided I would go with the more traditional and colorful look. It just seemed more like Christmas to me, plus I wanted a fun look and feel for my family.
My girls and I collect and sell vintage products at local shows so I have a lot of antiques and collectibles that I used in my Christmas decor.
I’m going to be quiet now and just show my photos. I hope you enjoy it and that this tour gives you some inspiration. I know I love to look at other home tours to spark some ideas for myself.
This is a chair I painted years ago. Still holding up.
Now to get to the rest of the house. Ha! Think I’ll be done in time?
