I love an inexpensive craft idea and I think drinking straw crafts fall under that category. Straws can be so versatile from cute kid’s projects to beautiful and expensive looking home decor. Here’s some ideas I’ve found that I for sure want to try out.

Old Fashioned Pasta Salad
I love to eat all kinds of salads in the summer. Pulling and eating veggies and fruit out of the garden is something I look forward to every year. Anything heavy in this hot weather just doesn’t appeal to me. Here’s an oldie, but goodie, recipe from my grandmother. It’s a great standby recipe that I use for most family gatherings and is a huge hit.
