
This family favorite is simple to make and contains eggs. It's very easy to make because there is no cream sauce to make.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cook macaroni following instructions on the box. Drain. Do not rinse.
Cut both types of cheese into small cubes and combine.
Slice butter into thin pieces.
Place half of the macaroni into the bottom of the pan. Top with salt and pepper. Scatter half of butter pieces on top of the macaroni. Top that with half of the cheese.
Repeat these layers again.
Wisk eggs, dry mustard, and milk together in a sauce pan over medium heat until warmed. Stir continually.
Pour this mixture over the macaroni.
Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes until bubbly and light golden brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes and serve warm.
