Ingredients
  1. 3 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  2. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  3. 2/3 Cup Melted Butter
  4. 1 Small Package Lemon Jello
  5. 1 Cup Boiling Water
  6. 1 Can Evaporated Milk, chilled
  7. 1 Large Package Cream Cheese, softened
  8. 1 Cup Sugar
  9. 1 tsp. Vanilla
Crust
  1. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup sugar. Add in melted butter and mix well.
  2. Spread onto the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Light press.
  3. Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Filling
  1. Combine lemon jello and boiling water and mix well. Cool.
  2. Whip chilled evaporated milk until peeks form.
  3. Add jello mixture, sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese to whipped milk.
  4. Spread over crust and chilled.
  5. Optional: Serve with whip cream.
