- 2 Cups Diced Granny Smith Apples (with skin on)
- 2 Cups Diced Red Apples (with skin on)
- 3/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbl. Apple Juice
- 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine apples, cranberries, coconut, and pecans together in a medium sized bowl.
- Whisk together the yogurt, apple juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour yogurt mixture over apple mixture and combine well.
- Chill until serving time.

- I used an apple slicer to cut and core and then just sliced the apple pieces.
