I really enjoy smoothies, but they can be kind of a pain to make. All the veggies, fruit, ice, yogurt, milk, protein powder, etc. that needs to be pulled out and then put away. Uugh! This idea of freezing yogurt along with freezing my spinach and fruits and placing them all together in a bag would be so much easier. I could put a whole bunch of bags together at one time. Plus, yogurt and the produce expires over time and this would save them and reduce waste.
You can also freeze spinach for your smoothies.
These could be used for smoothies and to flavor water.
